Charlie Collins
Managing Director
Charlie has over twenty years experience in the Information, Communication Technology (ICT) sector
having previously worked within the construction industry as a Quantity Surveyor until the late '80s.
His experience includes implementing software solutions for the Home Office, ICI, NEC, New Millennium Experience
(The Millennium Dome) and the East India Dock Company to name but a few. More recently Charlie has project managed the
development of a simulation package for the gas and oil industry, which the client described as "world leading".
Grant Bagwell
Technical Director
Grant joined the business in 2005 having graduated from Portsmouth University. He has worked on a number
of projects for The Montpellier Group, NRG Business Networks and The Northcliffe Group. He now leads the
development team and is responsible for project management. More recently Grant has project managed the development
of a new trading platform for PolicyPlus Internation plc (FreeTrawl).
Trisha Collins
Director / Company Secretary
Trisha has come on board to help with the back office support and administration and has also undertaken the role of company secretary. It really helps to have a fresh pair of eyes to look at the business and she has proved invaluable.
Sami Silaste
Senior Software Developer
Sami is the newest member of the team. He is an experienced software developer, having worked within the software industry for ten years, after completing a BSc Honours in Computing and Information Technology at the University of Surrey. Sami is currently working on a Java desktop application that will be intergrated with QuickBooks and handles the ordering and manufacturing process for a profiled metal sheeting business based in the South West.
Andy Carne
Designer
Andy has worked in partnership with us for a number of years and he now does most of the initial design work for our web design and development projects. Andy has an excellent understanding of what works on the internet and his designs reflect his experience. You'll be seeing more of his work in the new year with two projects (SJ Sportscars & Pretty Greek Villas) we are currently working on and due to be launched in 2010.
Simon Curr
System Administrator
Simon looks after our internal systems as well as a number of our clients and is an experienced Linux systems administrator. He has over ten years of experience having previously worked for Motorola, amongst others. Simon has recently installed a new Voice over IP (VoIP) system that had helped us to significantly reduce our costs and improved our telephone systems.

If you are interested in joining a dynamic team of software developers and have commercial experience of developing business applications, we would be interested in hearing from you. Core skills should include Java, Linux Apache MySQL PHP (LAMP) and a thorough understanding of application development methodologies within web based and desktop based environments.
